 Traditional leadership development approaches often fail to help leaders grow in the ways that matter most, and in the way organizations need. That's because leadership is so often seen simply as a skill to be learned, a function to fill, or a mindset to shift .

This narrow view of what leadership actually is leads to a narrow approach towards leadership development, which leads to narrow, short-lived results.

The crises we face in our personal lives, in our organizations, and in the world are crises of leadership. Our problems grow more complex and remain outside of our capacity to solve until we learn how to grow FROM them.

For over 15 years I have been supporting executives, senior leaders, and their teams in the expansion of consciousness and capacity. I’m inspired every day by the leaders I work with and am both humbled and grateful to be able to serve in this way.

Endlessly curious about how people grow, I walk the path of True Leadership in my own life. The possibility I hold for my clients is born from my own experience and from what I put into practice every day. My approach is also informed by a dynamic collection of frameworks (adult developmental psychology, internal family systems, integral theory, systems theory) and transformational practices. After 15 years of deep study, my work in the world is inextricable from what I have learned through the wisdom of my teachers and the traditional lineages which they carry.

Born and raised in Rochester, NY, I support clients worldwide from my home office in Santa Cruz, CA, where I live with my partner and two young kids.
