I am a leadership and team coach, facilitator, and trainer working with organizations of all sizes—from Fortune 500 companies to bootstrapped startups. For over 15 years I have been supporting executives, senior leaders, and their teams in the expansion of consciousness and capacity. I’m inspired every day by the leaders I work with and am both humbled and grateful to be able to serve in this way.
Endlessly curious about how people grow, I walk the path of True Leadership in my own life. The possibility I hold for my clients is born from my own experience and from what I put into practice every day. My approach is also informed by a dynamic collection of frameworks (adult developmental psychology, internal family systems, integral theory, systems theory) and transformational practices. After 15 years of deep study, my work in the world is inextricable from what I have learned through the wisdom of my teachers and the traditional lineages which they carry.
Born and raised in Rochester, NY, I support clients worldwide from my home office in Santa Cruz, CA, where I live with my partner and two young kids.
